The place of service is the Airport Cargo Handling Center located at Valukoja 32/3 in Tallinn, where the terminal area is 1500 m2.

The service is primarily intended for companies engaged in international freight transport.

The terminal's customer service is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

Goods can be picked up from the terminal between 8:00 and 17:00, by special arrangement up to 24 hours

All operations are performed based on the General Terms and Conditions of the Estonian Forwarders Association 2015, which was approved on April 14, 2016. by the Association of Estonian Freight Forwarders and the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
